NGV Maintenance, Service and Repairs

We perform maintenance service and repairs of natural gas systems for CNG and LNG vehicles of all types. For these services, we generally charge a fixed per hour rate. We possess an operations team that performs repair, service and preventive maintenance available to respond directly to service requests.

Our Dallas facility has been a warranty service and repair center for Spartan, Quantum and Agility CNG tank systems, as well as Westport and Chart LNG tanks. All service technicians are certified by the Texas Railroad Commission and have ASE and CNG certifications. All high- and low-pressure fuel system inspections and certification will be performed in accordance of Federal NFPA 52.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Federal certified tank inspections, fuel system maintenance, pipe leakage inspection with nitrogen and a gas leak detector, cylinders inspection of nuts and fastening screws, reset seat exhaust valve corrosion inspection for damage or leaks, fuel tank inspection and recertification every 3 years or 36,000 miles after its installation date, fuel tank replacement 20 years after manufacture, and all others as required by the manufacturer of the vehicle and the conversion system.

Federal and state guidelines state that CNG cylinders must be inspected every 36 months or 36,000 miles. We are one of the few companies in the nation that can perform this service in our facility or at the customers’ site nationwide. We are also licensed to repair/certify CNG cylinders after a natural gas vehicle has an accident or fire.
