NGV Global Group is a global technology company that designs, manufactures, distributes and supports natural gas operated medium and heavy duty commercial vehicles sold worldwide. We manufacture natural gas engines, fuel storage units and fueling systems for application in our own products and for sale to third party companies interested in the conversion of trucks and buses to operate on natural gas completely (dedicated) or in conjunction (duel-fuel) with diesel fuel. We also own and operate a gas transportation company which is registered with the US Department of Transportation (DOT) allowing us to safely transport multiple substances across the U.S. including: CNG, LNG, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen and other hazardous materials and gases.
We established the complete Class 6 truck remanufacturing and production processes. Finance and leasing subsidiaries facilitate the sale, lease or rental of remanufactured natural gas powered vehicles in North America.

NGV Global was founded in 2019 as a Nevada corporation to capture the synergy of several complimentary businesses in the natural gas segment that can work together efficiently to advance overall company performance. This collaboration of entities mitigates risks typically associated with operating in the alternative fuel space by creating a structure that not only allows the company to sell its products to the marketplace, but also financially benefit from the operational advantages of the products we produce. In short, we have created an ecosystem that supports and flourishes in its main and subsidiary activities.
Our main subsidiary, Natural Gas Vehicle Texas Inc. (NGV Texas), has operated and flourished for over 10 years, during which the company has been managed by talented and experienced professionals across a broad spectrum of specialties and accomplishments in the natural gas field. Each member shares the vision of compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) as the lead emerging transportation fuel, with the utmost integrity towards the success of our proposed projects.
